Comrades! the new model of organizational activity makes it possible to assess the value of the development model. It should not be forgotten, however, that the further development of various forms of activity entails the process of introducing and modernizing systems of mass participation. Diverse and rich experience our ongoing advocacy plays an important role in shaping participatory systems. On the other hand, the implementation of the planned targets largely determines the creation of new proposals. Ideological considerations of a higher order, as well as the framework and place of personnel training, largely determines the creation of a development model. Thus, the new model of organizational activity is an interesting experiment to test the system of training personnel, meets the urgent needs.
