The first sectoral educational program for companies in the IT sector “Export Evolution IT” announces the second recruitment.
The program is designed for Business development managers, Export managers and Top management of small and medium-sized IT companies that are already conducting their export activities and striving to succeed using the systemic export approach, as well as for those who are just planning to enter foreign markets.
The program is free (the number of places to participate is limited.).
The program provides:
- 2 formats of participation: self-study and with mentoring support;
- 6 training modules;
- online sessions with international experts-mentors of the Program;
- access to a closed virtual training center, where participants are trained; training videos and materials are posted, and progress is assessed;
- networking and sectoral cooperation to build long-term effective relationships, business development, searching the new customers, and building partnerships for IT sector export.
Formats of participation:
- Self-study online. Study educational materials and participate in online Q&A sessions regarding the development of export activities with mentors
- With mentoring support from international industry experts to assist in the development of the Export Business Plan. There is also an opportunity to work in a sectoral group with the support of an international mentor to form partnerships for joint entering the foreign market.
The Mentors of the Program are experienced international experts in strategic development, marketing, and scaling of IT business in foreign markets from Estonia, Germany, Great Britain, and Finland.
